Bryan Vulgamore (Davis) viciously beat and murdered Cecilia Garcia, a young mother who was just 24 years old. Towards the end of 2014, he was convicted of 2nd degree murder and sentenced to 15 years to life. Tragically, on Feb. 24th, 2022 he was granted parole without serving even half of his sentence. Her family and friends are shocked and outraged with such a carless decision from the parole board. This sets a irreversible precedence and tells society that we don't care about the victims who suffered and their families who continue to, but rather the predators. It also sends a message to all murderers; that they won't be held accountable to do even half of their sentence when they take an innocent person's life (regardless of how vicious the crime is). Please join us in the fight to correct this injustice and request that Governor Newsom reverse the parole boards negligent decision in granting him parole.
