I bought a brand new 65" Samsung TV from Harvey Norman Waurn Ponds on 19/07/2020.
The tv used to HEAT up quickly
We thought because it's connected to internet that's why it's get HEAT up quickly.
BUT
On Saturday night 5th of September 2020.
We turned the Samsung Tv then all of the sudden this weird line showed up! And a spot that looks like something crack inside the lcd screen. We have a closed look the outside screen is absolutely fine. It turned out to be a crack on the panel, but in the inside. The TV is not even mounted, we didn't do anything to it.

I researched online and found out it's a Thermal crack. Usually a crack on the inside of the TV screen is considered a thermal crack from heat (an internal failure) not impact damage. You should contact Vizio or whatever company makes your TV and ask about thermal screen crack replacement warranty.

On Sunday morning 6th September 2020
We've called Rex from Harvey Norman and explained about the TV.
Rek told us he would put a complain to Samsung Electronics.
On Monday 7th September 2020 Andy from Harvey Norman called us to let us know Samsung Technician had a look at the pictures I've sent to them regarding the lcd screen cracked and he is assuming that it is customer damaged.
How come without assess the tv the Technician assume it's customer damaged?
I spoke with Simon Boss of Harvey Norman Waurn Ponds.
He told me on the phone that the inside cracked on the TV is Customer damaged so they will not replace or refund it.
And Simon assuming and blaming my children for the cracked.
How could he assumed and blamed my children for that.
It's so wrong. No one have the right to blame any children without knowing anything about the children.
I told Simon I would take further action about all this , he Said " I don't care".
It's only less than 2 months since we bought the TV.
It's so frustrating and stressful time to go through and on top we bought product care .
If you click on Samsung Products Review you would find out there are lot of customers who are facing lot of issues with Samsung Electronics and there so called warranty.
We want justice for all customers who have been ripped by Harvey Norman and Samsung Electronics.

On my researched I found that people contacted Samsung they didn't want to offer any kind of help so just be careful don't buy Samsung Products.


PLEASE BE REALLY CAREFUL BEFORE BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS CARE.
BETTER GO FOR FISHER, ELECTROLUX, SONY, JVC, LG, TCL OR OTHER BRAND.
SAY NO TO SAMSUNG.

Please we don't want much more we just want what we pay for our products and product care.
