Colleges lack safe spaces for stress relief and social interaction. Mental and physical health are challenged in college because of school work, independence/loneliness, and the shortage of resources for students.

Playgrounds are effective in creating a fun environment for students to coexist and have downtime between classes.

Constructing a playground in the space between Education and North Education would provide SDSU students with the a new resource to help with the ever growing problems that college can cause.
