We are told that the constitution of this country is the best constitution in the world but we see the very same constitution perpetuating unemployment, inequality and landlessness. We now must start to ask relevant questions, to whose interests is this constitution is said to be the best constitution in the whole world? 

We have property section 25, that speaks of land issue that we are busy hitting around the bush about it, and no one has guts to state that our problems are constitutional based or rooted. We don't know who drafted the constitution and I think it's high time people participate in redrafting the constitution afresh which will be addressing our modern challenges as young of this country.

To do this we need to do a referendum that will allow us to redraft it, and with this petition I believe that will be the way to go.
