After the tragic accident on River Road in Shelton, CT on April 8, 2018 that took the life of our beautiful daughter and soldier PFC Shalymar Herrera, as well as the lives of Brianna Torres-Carter and her unborn baby Luna, we are seeking justice for those three beautiful angels. After meeting with Connecticut State Reps Juan Candelaria and Ezequiel Santagio, the following legislation is being proposed to the Connecticut General Assembly. Together, we can help keep this tragedy from happening to other families in the future. Please sign this petition to show your support for this legislation.
