Employees for connected health were previously entitled to free counselling services. We as employees urge management to reinstate this service after the tragic loss of our colleague Zara Smyth. Care work is an emotionally and mentally challenging career, especially in the current Covid-19 climate. How many more employees need to be lost to recognise the importance of this service?
