I believe that as Federal Government is the enforcer of our very Constitution, and our Human Rights! I believe that the clear purpose of making a ruling on Roe Vs Wade was to take the responsibility of deciding or even choosing a side as it relates to ones personal decision to reproduce in any regard. But on fact remains, the federal government does decide to not allow conjugal visits at prisons, denying families the right to decide to reproduce, the can marry as it is a human right, but can not bear children?...the fact that is allowed in some states, but NOT recognized by our top enforcement of Human Rights, The Federal Government, is a bit unusual to say the least. The Federal Government holds more resources than any state, they have the means, and ability to make it possible for families to enjoy conjugal visits. As they could be earned, such as any other pass time in prison. If in fact the Federal Government saw the visits as completely wrong, their would be a law banning them all together. Instead the Federal Government chooses to not choose a side of any decision where it can somehow step on any humans rights! Except by stating they do not allow conjugal visits, is in fact choosing a side! And they have decided that inmates have the right to marry, but to not reproduce! I believe that if any Justice Department should allow Conjugal Visits, the Federal Government that upholds our very own Human Rights should!
