Why this petition matters

Started by Sean Diaz

Systemic issues regarding police over reach regarding the policies and policing of African Americans in our society.

We understand that they're  bad actors in ALL organizations, society's, and groups but the perpetual protection given to law enforcement regarding gross negligence and abuse of powers needs to be addressed at the federal level through punitive legislation and redress of the perpetual civic issues regarding our fellow Americans!

There's federal laws and rules of conduct for soldier's and at the slightest breach of any rules or regulations they're addressed IMMEDIATELY  not through a kangaroo courts but through direct addresses by the soldier's leadership and UCMJ.

But somehow there seems to be some sort of "untouchable" punishment when it comes to law enforcement overreach and misconduct when it involves African Americans. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE! And needs to be an issue broached by out Legislative, Judicial, and executive leadership!
