The people of Colombia are being prevented from voicing their opinions through oppressive actions by the police. The police’s actions have already cost the lives of dozens across the country. I am asking that the U.S. hold the Colombian government responsible for these human rights violations by cutting funding that is being misused to silence the voice of the people.
