The Department of Labor requires employers to post clear and concise employee rights in staff lunch rooms. Professors and college administrators are easily able to identify their rights, but the Department of Education is not required to provide the same service for students. Student must be able to identify if they have constitutional, civil, contract and consumer rights in the educational setting and how they apply. What do educational institutions have to do to ensure these rights are met?
