The Community Eligibility Provision helps low income schools feed their children for free. It removes the administrative burden for poor school districts of determining who and who is not eligible, and allows them to make healthy meals that follow US guidelines less expensively due to increased purchasing power.

If this program disappears, poor children will not have access to meals at school. That is not hyperbole.
