David Keas started this petition to US Senate and

We are asking the US Senate to pass a resolution that admonishes governors to respect the free enterprise system and personal liberties of Americans. We cite the work of CaliforniaHealthCoalitionAdvocacy.org to form laws to govern the dictates of government acting under the presumption of an "emergency" situation.

We would also like to promote government action that lessens the fear factor, by incentivizing businesses to hire people who have recovered from COVID. Ask state governors not to dictate business policy, but to rely on professional business counsels and coalitions of doctors to form  policy. Let businesses define safe practices and work with government instead of being dictated to. Service personnel who have already had the sickness and recovered do not represent a risk of spreading it. Here is an example that needs to be empowered (purely an example):

Now Hiring: Looking for workers who have already contracted and recovered from COVID. Five percent pay increase will be provided if you have documentation of a positive COVID antibody test at least 30 days in the past and are symptom free. Additionally, you will be exempt from wearing a mask or social distancing in our facility. Come work in our fun, socially connected work environment – our warehouse.
