August 27,2019 my son was murdered at a red-light in Cypress TX after being chased by an individual during a 20 minute long road rage incident. As of today, there has been zero arrests, not even a suspect identified. In Texas after 36 months without prosecution a case murder case is considered cold. Our family only has 8 months before the proverbial time clock stops. Our family is only one of 1000s of families wanting justice for their loved ones. Please help the grief stricken families have more available resources to possibly solve the murder of their loved ones and finally bring peace. People who commit such horrible crimes should be brought to justice no matter how long it takes and the families should be afforded every avenue available to bring that justice. If we turn a blind eye to others suffering then who shall see and understand our suffering when it happens to us. People who have not lost a mother, father, sibling or child to murder have a hard time understanding what drives us who have, to search for a name and face to go with the monster that destroyed our lives.  Please sign and help bring this into law.
