Grant Puerto Rico Statehood
0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
In a 2012 referendum, voters in the Common Wealth of Puerto Rico rejected in a 54% to 46% vote to remain a territory of the United States. The common wealth cannot be granted statehood until the president and congress approve their request to become a state in the union. The people of Puerto Rico made their voices loud and clear over four years ago to become a state and our federal government has a responsibility to grant the nation statehood to become the 51st state of the United States of America.
