I live in Arizona and we don't change time. It's so confusing when trying to call companies that live on the east coast at 3 pm and the company call center is already closed.

This is a known cause for depression. DST needs to be eliminated and we need to stay with a standard time throughout the year.

I'm signing because it's no longer needed. It is disruptive and there is very little benefit to the practice.

The need for this change twice per year has long outlived itself. More progressive countries have stopped this practice several years ago.

It was all fine when we were a nation of farmers
This time change causes so much problems twice a year
And my grandfather clock is always messed up

I really hate changing clocks back one hour in the fall to standard time, It's already dark by 5 pm but then we turn clocks back an hour and it's dark by 4 pm. Doing this twice a year is antiquated and unnecessary, no one likes it. It messes with my sleep body cycle for a good month or so, By the time I get used to one time zone we're ready to switch back to the other one.
