For 8 months of the year, we follow a fake time. It makes no sense. We need to use the real time, standard time, and stay there. Science has found health risks associated with dark mornings and brighter evenings. It contradicts the biological clock, creates sleep problems, cuts down on the amount of sleep people get, causes medical mistakes, and makes car accidents more likely. It needs to be dark when it’s night time and bright when it’s time to get up. We just need to use the real time!

Falling back is very disruptive. I find it better for my health as well as far as outdoor exercise time. Spring ahead, and never go back!

Screwing with the clocks is just government reminding us who’s boss twice a year. We allowed the same type of marginally-sentient people who run the DMV to be in charge of time.

Daylight savings and time changes pose problems from extreme fatigue and driving hazards to more serious health issues. It’s ridiculous and unnecessary. I think my farm here in Newport Beach will be just fine without it… Thank you.
