Statistics show death rates skyrocket during the months of December: suicides, homicides, traffic fatalities, even natural causes like heart attacks and strokes. These numbers even spill over into the first week or two of January before returning to normal when everyone and everything calms down.  It's obvious that the source of this frightening and dramatic increase in death rates cannot be the weather, as that is typically worse into the January and February months.  That leaves us with the true cause of this pandemic.. Christmas.  And Christmas should be canceled.

According to these statistics, evidence supports the supposition that more people will still be alive in January than would otherwise be if the Christmas holiday was allowed to continue.  The holiday has become an uncontrolled beast of consumerism that leaves people angry, frustrated, and miserable, ready to take other people's lives, as well as their own.  If you truly care about the world and the people in it, I urge you to sign the petition.
