The people of Pennsylvania and the students of Conestoga Valley deserve freedom. We deserve the right to choose if we think wearing a mask is going to protect us. A student has the right to choose and a teacher has no legal right to force a mask.
       In section 4 of the Pennsylvania Department of Health mandate for all students and staff to wear a mask it states, “ A School Entity should not enforce face covering requirements when there is an exception under Section 3 or if it is unsafe to do so.” In section 3 of the mandate it states, “The following are exceptions to the face covering requirements in Section 2.” One exception is, “If wearing a face covering would either cause a medical condition, or exacerbate an existing one, including respiratory issues that impede breathing, a mental health condition or a disability.” This exception says that if wearing a mask effects how you breath then you do not have to wear one and it is proved that wearing a mask makes it harder to breathe and masks can cause medical conditions. 
    Also, a teacher has no right to use force or remove students that decide not to wear a mask as it is illegal to do so. It says in section 4 of the mandate, “A School Entity should not restrain, use force, or physically remove, teachers, children/students, staff, or visitors who refuse to comply with this Order when it would not otherwise be legal to do so.” If a teacher uses force or removes you from the school you have the right as an American to a public trial.
      In conclusion, a student has the right to choose if he or she wants to wear a mask and if that student decides not to a teacher can’t do anything about it. Wearing a mask is a decision that should be made by the student and the students parents and if you disagree then you disagree with what being an American means. If you don’t like your freedom then there are millions of other people in the world that will gladly take your place.
