Very saddened to see a brand that I have loved and appreciated over the last few years has such a dark and oppressing culture behind it.

BA and Condé Nast need to tear themselves down to their foundation and rebuild with equality and ethics as the main focus.

I believe the staff members about his actions and am horrified that he is still on the payroll. If he were an honorable person, he would have resigned. He's not. Nothing good can come from Bon Appetit until he has been fired. Period.

the diverse cast of the BA-CU is why I watch. To hear that they don't get compensated fairly is heartbreaking! As head of video, Matt Duckor is complicit.

Remove Matt Duckor. Hire more people of color at leadership positions. Pay out backpay for every time any person who was uncompensated for appearing on camera, and institute a fair rate for on camera appearances moving forward.
