Last year, 2020-2021 school year, the option of swipe boxes were available to students. This option was convenient and increased variety for students' food options. This option was incredibly important for those who only had chapel time to get lunch before classes began again. This option avoided the long lines of the dining hall and allowed for a takeout option that could be brought to class. 

Not all meal plans come with enough Bulldog Bucks to allow for meals from the Dog House along with coffee (a college student staple). The takeout boxes at the dining hall do not avoid the long lines and the lack of Bulldog Bucks on some meal plans do not allow the financial freedom to pay the 5 dollars they require.
