Walnut Country/Crossings Street Maintenance Improvements Needed

We, the residents and homeowners of Cowell Homeowners' Association (Walnut Country/The Crossings) are currently suffering a lack of street maintenance on our streets. We have not had a major street maintenance repair project in many years and many of our streets have degraded significantly as a result.
While we have worked with the City of Concord on this issue in identifying specific streets in our association by condition and priority, very little to date has been done and accomplished other than communicating that their is no funding. At the same time, we have seen other nearby neighborhoods that are not as old as ours have streets maintained with major renovations.
We respectfully request the following form the City of Concord and The Concord City Council:
1. Identify the appropriate City of Concord representatives to work with the CHOA Board of Directors and Committees to works towards a plan to identify and prioritize street repair maintenance for all streets within the association. This plan should include a short and long-term plan to address our street repair issues and ongoing maintenance.
2. Using the myriad of recent taxes and initiatives approved by voters that include street repair and maintenance funds and the city's own general fund and/or other grant sources to execute the plan for street repair and maintenance in the association to start by July, 2018.
