One of the challenges facing the majority today is poverty due to the fact that the number of births in the country continues to increase. Our population's rapid increase has put a lot of strain on our food, jobs, housing, clothing, and education. However, there are far too many children and insufficient resources. As a result, children, as well as societies and nations, suffer. The best solution is to establish family planning and educate people about its importance. Women can use family planning to protect themselves from health hazards that may arise before, during, or after childbirth. Family planning also eliminates the option of risky abortion by lowering unplanned pregnancies. Every couple or individual has the choice of how many children they wish to have. So i can say that family planning is essential.
