Given the adamant refusal of the LAUSD to 
take our children’s well being into consideration let’s defund the LAUSD and award vouchers for all Los Angeles County residents to use the funds allocated for the LAUSD for private schools of their choice.  It’s time to put our children first and stand up to the union that has made it clear that they don’t take our children’s well being into consideration. Too many minority students are stuck in subpar school with no other options. Let’s give every child an opportunity to get a quality education!
