Every person has the right to know what is being done to them and to choose not to be the subject of experimentation on them without their consent; Drs. like Dr. Rajamannan have a responsibility to report illegal actions, to protect their patients health and rights and to be protected while fulfilling their moral and legal responsibilities.

Because I actually care about the well-being of our nation. Unlike our government and many officials inside of it. Not to mention the people at the University, who are actually going to reject someone who is trying to care their patients
