Minns Rd is a busy Rd in Harkness (Melb West) and it is only half completed. The rd is just dirt, pot holes & filled with rocks. 
All the Roads around Minns Rd are completed & the amount of traffic is making this Rd worse. 
We need people behind this to get the council to see it is an issue for local residents who pay their rates & taxes.
