We as the residents of Daniel Defoe student halls have gone without hot water and heating for over 4 weeks. This is included within our extortionately priced accommodation and we should receive it, as we are paying for it . Along with this several residents have had issues brought forward to maintenance and nothing has been done . This is unacceptable and we are asking for compensation as this is an ongoing issue.
