Dear Clerk,

Please find the petition (at the link below) I have generated as a supportive evidence for the City of Windsor to review fictitious charges and thus convictions filed against me and my relatives whom were attacked by members of the Windsor Police Services.

Although I applied to the Chief of Windsor Police and the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) of the province of Ontario to have my case properly reviewed, they have failed to do so.

Thus I am hereby requesting the Mayor and Council of the City  of Windsor to do their due diligence regarding their legislative oversight of the Windsor Police Service to conduct a thorough review of “anti-black” racist incident that lead to my charges, and that of my co-accused immediately.

In closing, now that “anti-black” and “anti-indigenous” systemic racism has been acknowledged to exist in all Canadian police forces and institutions of every kind by prime minister Justin Trudeau, suffice it to say that this is also true for Windsor, Ontario.

However, this does not have to remain so. I have read of mayor Drew Dilkens commitment to make Windsor and more inclusive and less biased city going forward and this cannot be done without Truth and Reconciliation related to our recent racist past and / or current state of affairs.

So I look forward to receiving directions on when and how I will appear before this current council respectively.

Earnestly,
