In January 2022, my mother daughter and I were travelling from london home to manchester when a Lorry came into our lane and clipped the back of our car, sending us hurtling into the barrier, we then bounced off the barrier and into the middle lane facing the southbound carriageway where we were then struck by another Lorry. 

After a thorough investigation by the police it was determined my car was in his blind spot, and I feel my accident and many other accidents could be prevented if it was made mandatory for all Lorries to have cameras instead of mirrors so they have a wider field of view

My mum suffered numerous breaks and is still battling with PTSD  due to this. I am also dealing with PTSD and wide spread pain throughout my body. 

We were lucky, we all got out alive. alot of people who have incidents like this aren't so lucky. 

These are unneccessary incidents that could be avoided.
