Whenever the President of the United States travels in a city, traffic is snarled and there is economic loss. We pay taxes so that the president has a helicopter. He should take a helicopter ride from the airport to his destination whenever possible.

First responders are thwarted, people with bad radiators overheat. People are late for work. People are late for picking up their children. People riding in an ambulance can’t get to the hospital. It’s bad for the environment that all of the cars have to idle.

Besides, no one is more important than anyone else. Closing all of our roads to protect our president is saying that he’s more important than all of us combined. I want my president protected. That’s why we built a helicopter with guns on it! That’s why our president gets more than one helicopter too.
