Stop pad rental hikes in Yukon mobile home parks!

It is difficult to keep a budget when lot rents increase by $20 / month each year when wages remain the same and level of service does not increase from the Park. They (Northland Park/ Realty 6000) claim the infrastructure (plumbing/water) is too old for the roads to be paved (will break from compactor) however they make no attempts to upgrade. When you count around 100 trailers paying at least $370 (senior rate) per month their revenues are over $444,000 - I would like to see where this money goes!
