Lakewood Community is dark. No lights in community Can’t see unless your high beams are on. Police is giving out citations for high beams when that’s the only way to see in dark community. One time I almost hit two people because my high beams weren’t on, when driving to my house. Neighbors also drive with their beams because it’s safer. No one wants to cause an accident. I am always going to get a citation because I’m trying to make home safe alone with the community members. Police is protect and serve. Sheriff Volk was insensitive to the situation in the community. Seems like he would rather accidents than safety. He could have warned me like the woman approach towards her house with her high beams on. Usually I  don’t get any sympathy because they are racist towards my girlfriend with dreads.
