We hope you sign in support of this petition for the good of our children and community. By allowing PS 108 to become a K-8 school, children will go through their elementary, and middle school years together. In doing so they will develop life-long friendships, remain in a nurturing, yet rigorous learning environment. Our neighborhood is filled with families who are seeking a strong school that can cater to the needs of students K-8, but many feel they must move out of Morris Park once their children enters the 5th grade because there is no middle school here. Finally, our community will ultimately be strengthened by stable families wanting to make Morris Park a home for years to come. Please support our petition in making PS 108 a K-8 school, offering our community a quality middle school that our community needs and deserves.
