We are asking for the Tarrant County, Texas prosecutor to drop the aggravated assault charges against Timothy Simpkins or lessen them to charging him with bringing a gun in the school building. Based on the video that surfaced he was acting in self defense after taking that beating and dealing with previous reported bullying to the school. He’s been beaten up by multiple students, striped of his clothes, and bullied on multiple occasions and the school was aware. Measures could and should have been taken to prevent this incident to going this far. Hopefully the school and police look at ways to prevent this from happening in the future. But for now please sign this so this young man can get the help he needs and move on with his life. Thank you.
