In the past few years, residents of Coliat Ibaan batangas  have noticed an alarming change. Graffiti lining our mailboxes, fences, and street signs. The destruction of our private property, the vandalism of our parks, and places of recreation. In 2015, the vandalism of public parks and property cost us over 100,000. According to the Barangay Office  "Vandalism, destruction of property" are two of vpm constructions ware house biggest concerns.  
In response to this, we propose a curfew be set in place for anyone under the age of seventeen. The proposal is as follows: No parent of a child less than eighteen years of age shall permit the child to, 
loiter in a public place between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.; or 
be in a place of public entertainment between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., unless the parent accompanies the child or authorizes a specified individual eighteen years of age or older to accompany the child.
