Help support African Americans against Police brutality.
Why this petition matters

In the United States this year 850 people have been shot and killed through police brutality. 74% of those people were African Americans. This fact shows how police today feel threatened by African Americans and feel the need to be more aggressive towards them than other races. Big cities such as New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles have multiple cases reported that groups of African Americans have been simply pulled over for speeding and the cops end up searching the car for drugs or guns. Many videos on social media have been shown where African Americans are put in handcuffs, physically beaten or shot by police if they were not following the police officer's strict rules. It is crazy that today there are still incidents where police officers are treating African Americans differently than other races. By dealing with the overall issue and targeting day to day incidents we can to put an end to police brutality. We can work towards ways to solve the ongoing cases through a variety of methods including educating communities, demanding legislative action and advocating for justice on behalf of victims and families affected by police brutality.
