I want to try to take the law out of California that if you  get raped by someone and they are 10 years or older than you they can get arrested if they are younger than 10 years they can’t Get arrested I think we need to stop it because it isn’t okay I don’t understand how it’s okay for an innocent child the get raped and the person(s) who raped them doesn’t have to go to jail as so leaving them in a horrible situation
