Remote metering solution also know as ismrt is a third party electricity grid management agency. This company billing system is unethical and rigged. They overcharge their clients and then their call centre personnel won't be able to explain how you were charged. You can be away for weeks and the only thing left on is the fridge and still get a higher bill. Even when you use less power, you still get a higher bill. Your account can move from a positive R50 in a day to a negative R200 the next day. 

This petition is to raise awareness and a thousand signatures, we are taking this to the ombudsman and media. They need to be investigated and corrected/boycotted/removed entirely/shutdown. They are scammers and would not refund you of your money. They stealing from tenants on a day to day basis. Join this petition to end ismrt.
