Puppy World World started this petition to Committee on Local Government, Small Business, Tourism and Workforce Development and

For the last twenty three years, you, our loyal customers, have kept our small little family owned store in business! We appreciate each and everyone of you more then you know. Whether you are coming in after a stressful day at work, looking for a new potential family member, or coming in to learn more knowledge about existing breeds. The new proposed bill, which would come into effect as soon as January 2020, that Mrs. Lekiesha Myers is trying to pass will take all of these things away! You will no longer be able to come in just to visit our babies to make your day brighter, or have the option to get your new family member from our loving store! That's why we are asking for your help!

I don’t want to confuse us with not supporting the adopting process, however we do not know why the rights are being taken away from the consumer on giving them an option. Especially, when it will punish good local licensed small business pet stores, and breeders whom have met  all of the standards that have been set into place through the Wisconsin department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection. Wisconsin is a state that prides itself on supporting small local business. Our family, our hard working employees, and our community of supporters will all be stripped of this after 23 years. By signing our petition, you are supporting our family owned store and our overall goal of placing our babies into their new happy homes. Without these signatures we will no longer be able to do what we love!
