Regulations are needed for fireworks in our area, which is unincorporated Harris County, Heritage Park subdivision in Webster.  During holidays such as New Year's Eve and Independence day, loud and disruptive fireworks are shot off in the streets right near our homes from the time it is dark until after 2 in the morning.  Since there are no regulations currently, fireworks are shot off during the year at other times, too, whenever desired.  The fireworks are so loud and continuous that the elderly, children, those with PTSD and pets are greatly disturbed.  By having no regulations, the rights of all of the neighbors are not taken into consideration--only those who want to shoot off as many fireworks as often as they wish with no consequence. The smoke this year was so thick one couldn't see, and warnings were issued by local meteorologists not to go outside. We are not asking for them to be illegal--just regulated by time, holiday and maybe noise level.  What could be a freedom exercised with moderation is right now a chaotic free-for-all--similar to rioting in the streets.  Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.
