I am oppose of the  development of the multifamily. It would negatively impact the community. Apartment buildings are notorious for providing marginal parking provision for tenants and the overflow from this, plus tenant’s visitors, puts all available neighborhood curbside parking under pressure. Criminal actions will rise. Personal privacy for property owners becomes an issue with their landholdings being overlooked at all times. Physical impacts of new multistory development to adjacent residences generally arise from two sources: ground-level activities, such as parking and services, and upper-story impacts affecting privacy, sunlight, and visual qualities. Another negative concern is the disposal of trash and recyclable items is already an issue in our community and the disposal site would be close to residential areas attracting unwanted pests. Statistically with a few exceptions’ property values tend to decrease because of the footprint an apartment building would impose on the neighborhood detracts from the ambience of the area. The safety is a big concern, vandalism, robberies, abduction will increase.  A concerning factor with the proposed plan is the increase in demand water and sewer infrastructure available with the increase of new consumers in a residential area. It will affect how the rain water flow because of the drainage system still needs to improve in our community. There are so many pine trees where a family of owls lives as other beautiful birds.
