Commission on Presidential Debates: Allow major third party candidates in presidential debates

The heart of this nation lies in the idea that any person with various views and ideologies can run for public office. However, only two narrow points of view have been allowed to be properly expressed, largely because they have more money. Major third party candidates, such as Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, and Virgil Goode are denied the spotlight because they don't have as many millions of dollars in funding, and the American people have no chance to know about them.

The presidential debate is a great chance to put these candidates into the public view. If a candidate is representing a recognized, major political party, they should have the right to present their platform to us, so that we know that there are more than just two points of view. This is especially important in our current state, when Congress is polarized and progress is not occurring.

Please sign my petition; if we want REAL change in this country, we need the system to allow for it. And at the moment, it does not.
