As neighbors and businesses of the Douglass District Community we object to the mass and scaling proposed by the Chasen Company at 1517 Eastern Ave. 

We object because the project does do not conform to the historic character of our neighborhood. 

We also object because the Chasen Company promised and failed to come to the Douglass District association prior to the CHAP hearing.
