I have decided to strive for a shorter week for students. My reasons being that us students may be very overwhelmed with a 5 day school week.Some kids may need extra rest and extra family time depending on the current home situation,For example most bullies originate from not enough attention at home and that extra day might help them get that extra attention they need therefore causing less kids being bullied and more kids focusing. Also teachers would be at their best at all times and not overwhelmed causing the classroom to lose focus. As a shorter school week would make a higher budget for schools, an example would be that the school lunches are for 500-1500 kids and that can be pretty expensive and that is only in a day so cutting off that extra day would give a much higher budget for the schools. I hope that this gets to the people that will change the school week lets do it together!
