Come to an end of Discrimination to LGBTQIA+ members inside the schools.

 

Schools are the place for everyone to learn, explore, and grow and it's also a place to express ourselves. But how can we do this if there's a discrimination towards LGBTQIA+ MEMBERS inside the schools. In order us to protect the LGBTQIA+ MEMBERS and stop this kind of Discrimination. The schools and the people who had position, should make a rules and regulations regarding to this issue.

 

EFFECTS OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST LGBTQIA+ MEMBERS: 

• The members of LGBTQIA+ they didn't fully express their selves. 

• LGBTQIA+ Members they tend to hide who really they are.

• The discrimination has a lot of impact or effects to the members of LGBTQIA+ community.

- In terms of their behavior, performance, and socialization.

• Discrimination against LGBTQIA members has a big impact on the mental health of said victim. Can lead to a higher likelihood of emotional distress, depression and anxiety.

 

Like what've said earlier in us to destroy the discrimination towards LGBTQIA+ members inside the campuses or schools, the people who had authority should make an effective action so that this issue will be lessened or totally be vanish. 

 

• The authority should be serious about this issue.

• Strengthening the existing rules and regulations.

• Teachers and the staff of campuses or schools should be aware regarding this issue.

• Give the same treatment and respect to those homosexual.

• Be open minded.

 

In conclusion, We can overcome this issue if we help each other, Just be fair to everyone.
