I want to turn off the garbage when I am trying to find kids shows for my 2 year olds! This is crazy. Just give us control over our cable.

I do not want my children exposed to images from horror movies, violent movies or any adult content for that matter but would still like to be able to review on demand children's programming in their presence!

It makes no sense that I can set parental controls to limit or prevent access to programming that is too mature for my kids yet cannot limit or avoid exposure to previews for R Rated movies or overly mature programs. While my kids or I are looking for a G rated show to watch, we get previews with violence and other very adult topics. Absolutely no need for that exposure.

My children ought not to be accosted with inappropriate material while looking for the Wiggles. This is entirely unacceptable and if Comcast wishes to allow V-chip, then they need to allow it in this area as well.

While I do not have children, I hope to have them someday. As a comcast user (we get our internet from you at my apartment - you can check, it's in my BFs name though) I KNOW you can do something to fix this.

You have 100% control over the ads that play through YOUR On Demand service, and it's insane to show ads for PG-13 and R rated movies when people are trying to pick G-rated on-demand selections.

Tonight my daughter hosted a slumber party and while their On Demand Muppets movie was paused, the selection menu came back on and graphic commercials were played. The girls told me the TV was playing violent, inappropriate stuff. Hooray for them for asking me to turn it off and boo for Comcast for not offering a way to turn off these commercials. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service asking for a way to turn it off to find there is no way. I'm ready to switch back to the competition where you CAN turn off these commercials.
