Qualah Co started this petition to Comcast

Comcast communications vs Bryon Allen is a lawsuit enacted due to the lack of equality in Cable programming inclusive of African American networking providers.

Bryon Allen brought court filings due to discrimination against black-owned channels.

Comcast now seeks to remove the fundamental protection put in place 153 years ago, that would protect the rights of African Americans and other American born citizens’ ability to Fight for such equal opportunities using civil rights laws such as the very 1st Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the 14th Amendment.

Retracting this law would be catastrophic to any and ALL justice seeking civil rights movements lawsuits, petitions etc going forward!

This remove your right to fair trial and treatment, it would affect the ability for you to have economic inclusion, the right to send your children to public schools, the right to start and own businesses, even the right to keep your jobs without concern of racial discrimination.

If this act in retracted it would remove your fundamental rights to legal protection against discrimination and mistreatment due to gender, race, creed, religion etc.

It Must be protected!
