If you are an existing Zito Media customer, living on the outskirts of Montoursville (Fairfield/Upper Fairfield Townships), and are unhappy with Zito’s service/customer support, please consider signing this petition.

For too long, many of us have dealt with frequent service outages, long repair times, service call no-shows, poor or unhelpful customer support, and a management that refuses to listen to our frustrations or fix their internal issues.

Many of us are working from home, have spouses working from home, have kids attending school remotely, or combinations of the three. Zito can blame their internal issues on “staffing shortages” due to C19 but as any long-time customer can attest, this has been going on much longer than that. The need for reliable internet, however, has become a much greater necessity.

It’s time to give Zito the boot. I’ve been communicating with Comcast, Fairfield Township, and Rep. Hamm’s office. As its been explained to me, regarding service contracts and territories, the service area is free for the taking—provided Comcast can be convinced to service it. So, we’re going for strength in numbers.
