As parents we know what is best for our families and our children. We have never in the History of the Public School System ever not been able to make medical choices for our own children, until now. 
Columbia Public Schools has continued to ignore parents and refuse to listen to the negative effects masking has on our children. Dr's, Nurses, Medical Personnel, Speech Language Pathologists, Special Education Teachers, Psychologists have all went before The Board of Education and were all ignored. Not all children are the same, not all children can be treated the exact same way, which is why Parental Choice is so vitally important. So many children have fallen further and further behind, suffered the mental impacts of masking, & other's miss out on vital learning opportunities because of mask mandates. 
If someone wants to wear a mask, they should, and they can. The same should be allowed for the other side who wants the ability to choose to say no to masks for their child/children. Help us express the desire we have that our kids get back to normal, & work on what is important... Their Education!
