JUSTICE FOR HATCHER
JUSTICE FOR HATCHER
On August 31, 2021 my two year old, special needs son was abused by a disgusting human being at St Teresa of Avila Catholic church in Grovetown, Ga. The media, the DAs office, and investigators in Columbia county have tried to convince the public that there was no abuse found. It didn’t benefit them to do the right thing, so instead they brushed it under the rug and put out certain narratives to convince the public otherwise. NONE of the tape has been released to us, only EDITED AND CUT versions have been released to the public through News channel 12. And ALL other days tapes Hatcher attended the program, have been deleted.
On November 3 we had a hearing for a warrant request once again seeking justice for Hatcher and once again, the system failed him. The director of the Mother’s day out program testified under oath stating that she indeed had not watched the tapes herself, said my child knew all of his colors and was not non verbal. COLUMBIA COUNTYS ASSITANT DA NATALIE PAYNE GOT ON THE STAND HERSELF ON BEHALF OF THE DAYCARE WORKER. She stated she never seen where Hatcher was pinned down on his neck. Natalie Payne even went as far as trying to get some of the people there in support of Hatcher kicked out of the courtroom.
News channel 12 had been following the story prior to this hearing and was there the day of, but instead of being inside the court room to hear the truth, the reporter stood beside attorney Jack Longs (the abusers lawyer) truck and waited for him to make an official statement. Jack Long put words in Judge Quensenberry’s and my mouth. In an attempt to sway the narrative and discredit me as a mother, attorney Jack Long pulled pictures my husband created as a joke over 5 years ago off social media. But try as he might, I’m not the kind of mom he’s hoping to portray. I’m a mama who will go to the ends of the earth for my babies.
Columbia County’s district attorney, Bobby Christine was the parish counsel president in 2007 at St Teresa of Avila catholic church. He is still an active member there. Judge Daniel Craig is a deacon at St Teresa of Avila catholic church. Columbia County investigators consulted with the DAs office before deciding not to charge the daycare worker.
I cannot tell you the amount of families that have reached out to me with similar stories in Columbia county, yet NONE of these childrens abusers are behind bars, and NONE of the abusers have even been charged. I’ve been encouraged to stay quiet, but that only benefits the corruption. I am a mother and a wife before I am anything else and I’m tired of staying quiet. HATCHER DESERVES BETTER, THE CITIZENS OF COLUMBIA COUNTY DESERVE BETTER. I hope you all will join us in being Hatchers voice, and all of the other children who are suffering due to the negligence. I don’t know where we go from here, but I know I won’t just lay down and stay silent any longer. I’d like to see Columbia County’s DA office recuse themselves due to conflicts of interest, AND THE DAYCARE WORKERS MUGSHOT.
