Many really small business didn't receive the Care Act money, so they are in bankruptcy and their employees out of job. The big money were to " small business as Boing and others small business" with 500 workers as Boeing for one example. Most small stores in Sand Hill are out of business and consequently their employees out of job, and unable to paid their rent-mortgage. Shame of you Trump.

Housing is a basic human right, and should not be contingent on a person's ability to pay.

Help should not just go to businesses. Individuals need help as well and rent and mortgages take huge amounts of people’s saving and limited income. No one should have to choose between feeding themselves & their families over having a roof over their heads. Adding to homelessness it not an option.

Our neediest families need this moratorium so they don't drown in debts and get on with their lives until the economy recovers.

Due to the unusual circumstances, we need to respond appropriately. A rent moratorium is the best way to support our community.

It seems only prudent to prevent further homelessness. Allow people to stay in their homes until the economy is such that they can contribute again. It is what is best for all of society.
