Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind's superintendent, Nancy Benham, proves to be inefficient. Her performance has caused more harm than good to the school. She used to work at Louisiana School for the Deaf, and she was escorted off campus. That should be a concern among Board Members for CSDB. 

Ms. Benham also has made inappropriate comments and behaved inappropriately toward staff/faculty at CSDB. She does not have the best interests of the Deaf and Blind/VI children in her heart. As you know, CSDB is losing students to mainstreamed programs/schools. 

We would like to gather support from the Deaf community all over Colorado as well as nationwide. 

Our request is to have the Board replace her with an effective superintendent who will guide and support the school.
